“I want it fresh!” he said to us. Fresh as if the food is fresh? As if the brand is fresh and bold?  “All of the above!” answered One of the most famous chefs in Israel, chef Avi Bitton. The mission was the create a fresh pasta bar in Los Angeles. As we know Chef avi’s culinary style, we knew that the identity of this brand has to stand up to the food level, that is simple, fresh, and soooo good.
