Tokyo is a small pearl, inside the huge diamond trade centre in Israel. It’s a ‘grab & go’ sushi shop with very fresh and high quality products, that also do high-end catering for private clients. Our chalange was to create a prestige brand that works as a grab & go concept. One that gives that kneet, professional Japanese feeling. After 1 year, Tokyo opened its 2nd seccesful branch, selling the maximum Shushi they are able to make each day. |
